Shipping destinations
The Dog Travel Co. currently ships within Australia only.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is A$11.

Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on orders of A$100 or more.

Standard Express
Standard Express shipping is available for A$15, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days after dispatch. 

Estimated delivery times
 Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10–17 business days after dispatch.Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Processing time
Orders may require processing before dispatch. The 10–17 business-day Standard and 7–12 business-day Standard Express delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time.

Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thedogtravelco.store . We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at hello@thedogtravelco.store and we will assist you in checking the delivery status.
